Terms of use for customers

1. Operator

2. What the service is

PoptejDil.cz (the “service”) passes on requests for used car parts. The customer describes the car and the part they need, and the operator makes the request available to registered scrapyards (the “partners”) that dismantle the given make and serve the given region.

The operator does not sell parts and is not a party to any purchase contract. The price, condition, warranty, delivery and payment for the part are agreed solely between the customer and the partner. Consumer rights relating to the purchase of the part (e.g. warranty claims) are exercised against the partner who sold the part.

3. Price

Using the service is free of charge for the customer. Sending a request does not oblige the customer to buy anything.

4. How the request is handled

• The contract for use of the service is concluded when the request is sent.
• All matching partners see the car and part details, the region and any photos; they do not see the customer's contact details.
• The customer's name, phone number and, where provided, e-mail and town are shared with at most 2 partners who show interest in the request. The customer is informed of this by e-mail (if provided).
• Requests are shown to partners for 30 days.

5. Customer obligations

• Provide truthful information and only your own contact details.
• Do not send requests for testing, advertising, competitive research or any purpose other than a genuine interest in the part.

6. Liability

The operator does not guarantee that the part will be found or offered. The operator verifies partners by their company ID in the Czech ARES register but is not responsible for their conduct or for the parts they sell.

7. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints about the service can be sent to poptejdil@seznam.cz; we will respond within 30 days. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), adr.coi.cz.

8. Final provisions

These terms are governed by Czech law. The Czech version is legally binding; this translation is for information only. Effective from 1. 12. 2026.
